IPS、AHVA Panel Light Leakage Problem

1.As the very different process of producing IPS、AHVA Panel, even very small pressure could cause the light leakage problem, so the materials of accessories used for the front frame and middle frame would be more critical.

2.Foam used for front frame and rubber used for middle frame would be regular materials. However, the unevenness and deformation of mechanism parts can be more serious according to larger size，which reduces the gap between panel and mechanism parts and then makes rubber pressing the panel leading to light leakage. The solution is to replace rubber used for middle frame with foam which would be softer as buffer material. And it would solve the problem of light leakage caused by collision between panel and mechanism parts.
